What would a fairy tale from 1001 Nights be without a starry sky? With this beautiful mosaic table , the stars are within reach. Look at the clever pattern: The mosaicist placed a different colored six-pointed star in the middle of a curly triangle and had six of these shapes meet at their tips. Only a second look reveals the apparent randomness of the ornament. The mosaic is modern, but the carving of the tesserae (mosaic pieces) from glazed zellige tiles and the hand-setting follow ancient traditions.
In blue, the starry sky has a fresh, cool appearance. Perfect on a balcony with stainless steel railings or on a white/grey tiled terrace .
